• Tutu is made from 3 layers of 100% super-soft polyester tulle.
• Wear over shorts, leggings, biker shorts, leotard, or other clothing.
• Tutu has an satin covered elastic stretch waist for comfort. 
• Iron on cool setting to decrease wrinkles and help fluff.
• Can be cut for a customized look without fraying.
• Tail can be attached with a safety pin.
