Limited Edition It has achieved the distinction of being the oldest age-stated Canadian whisky in history with the publication of CC Chronicles Issue No. 4. Rich vanilla, burned sugar, and crisp apple scents can be detected in it. The palate displays intricate aromas of dried fruit and cherry with a smooth and protracted finish. To appreciate the excellence, enjoy neat. 45% ABV. Well rounded pleasantly dry with the subtle but recognizable wood tannins for which CC is known.
