The first proprietary bourbon distilled and released by Castle & Key at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly five decades is a nod to where we came from and taste of what’s to come.

Aroma: Croissant, Brown Sugar, Peanut, Nutmeg, Baked Pear, Balanced Oak

Taste: Pie Crust, Demerara Sugar, Baked Apple, Lemon Peel, Cinnamon, Clove

Finish: Full Body, Rich Spice, Medium Sweetness
