The primary compounds responsible for all the complex flavors of whiskey (like phenols and esters) can occasionally sediment out of the liquid. Most distillers use mechanical means, like chill filtering, to remove these compounds for cosmetic reasons but end up sacrificing flavor depth in the process. Since we’re all about creating spirits that deliver maximum flavor - we say to hell with chill filtering! So if you get one of our rare bottles with a little bit of liquid dust, give your bottle a quick shake and be sure to savor every drop.
