El Pintor Mezcal Artesanal 750ml

El Pintor is produced in the town of Yautepec, Oaxaca using a blend of espadin agaves and wild cuishe. The agaves are cooked in an earth pit, naturally fermented with wild yeast, and then double distilled in a handmade copper still using a traditional TAHONA method. This results in a distinctive flavor profile that captures the essence of where the agaves were grown.
