Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon

Twice barreled for added complexity, Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel takes award-winning Small Batch Bourbon to new heights. After it's fully matured, this bourbon is finished in a second, custom toasted new oak barrel, where it’s left to develop even more sweet oak flavor. The result is a 94-proof Bourbon with notes of baking spices and chocolate, and a long, smooth finish.

Nose: Lots of toasted oak with rich caramel.

Palate: Big, rich, and complex. Delightful spice and pepper notes fade to milk chocolate with just a hint of smoke.

Finish: Complexity continues. Nicely warming, with lingering chocolate and baking spices.

Handcrafted by Master Distillers, it’s a favorite of bourbon connoisseurs and casual whiskey fans alike. This no age statement bourbon is created from spirit aged between eight and 12 years old. Notes of nuts, vanilla, coconut, dark fruit and caramel.

Nose: Vanilla, orange zest, toffee, and a dash of mint.

Palate: Rich with wood spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon toast.

Finish: Deeply layered and complex with a hint of mint at the end.
