Knob Creek 12 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750mlColor: Our darkest and deepest amber and henna color.
Taste: Deep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak.
Aroma: Robust vanilla and caramel notes; slightly smoky.
Finish: Long and full; perfect for easygoing sipping.

    Incredible aromas of woodshop, split vanilla bean, ginger snaps, brown sugar, and a trace of candied apple. The lumber yard subsides as the whiskey opens, leveling off to reveal earthy notes of cigar box, wet tobacco, and cocoa powder, along with a touch of butterscotch pudding. Classic Knob Creek flavors of caramel, toffee, vanilla, baked berry and orchard fruit. With extra time in wood, this 12 year old shows the benefits of extra aging. Rich flavors of oak appear in the form of clove and anise. A wonderful showing balance and grace. The finish is long and exciting with notes of caramel sauce and warm baking spices.
