Old Forester 1924 10-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a yearly limited edition celebration of a significant event in Old Forester's history. Due to Prohibition, many distilleries were forced to shut down, but Old Forester was able to continue production thanks to a medicinal license issued by the federal government. In 1924, Old Forester obtained barrels from closed distilleries with varying mash bills and bottled it as their own unique product. This exclusive release honors that moment in history.
