This Special Edition Whisky is produced with a mash bill of corn malted barely and extra rye to impart a spicier tone all through out the whiskey. This splendid single barrel is creamy, and sweet on the nose with aromas of fruit, and undertones of wood. The palate awakens you with bold hints of cinnamon and cloves mingled with hints of vanilla and oak. The finish has subtle notes of red pepper and cinnamon on the backend, which is then calmed with a sweet touch of dark chocolate.
